Duckens Pierre embodies the spirit of perseverance and leadership as the founder and CEO of ALL-Santoa LLC and the former president of Empact Haiti. His journey began in 2008 at the Maison des Enfants de Dieu orphanage, where he transformed lives by facilitating international adoptions as a general translator. The 2010 earthquake in Haiti became a defining moment for Duckens, as he stepped up to assist international medical missionaries by translating for healthcare professionals in urgent need. After graduating as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from Empact Northwest in 2013, he furthered his impact at Bernard Mervs, Haiti’s first trauma hospital, where he served as an interpreter and lead EMT in the triage section. Duckens founded Impact Haiti, a groundbreaking Emergency Medical Services (EMS) school in Port-au-Prince, and became a flight EMT with Haiti Air Ambulance, making a proud contribution to the nation's first EMT flight promotion. With ALL-Santoa, Duckens exemplifies the power of hope and change. His unwavering dedication to humanitarian and health initiatives reflects a passion for uplifting his community. By providing transformative solutions, he empowers others to realize their full potential. With nearly nine years of experience in life and health insurance, Duckens continues to inspire and make a significant impact in the lives of many.
